Mafia Mutt Draft – Participant Rules & Expectations
Overview:
By accepting a position in the Mafia Mutt Draft, all participating organizations agree to the following rules and expectations to ensure a fair, positive, and successful experience.
1. Confidentiality - Selected organizations will be notified prior to public announcement and must not share or disclose their selection in any way.
This includes social media, comments, staff, volunteers, or affiliates.
Any breach will result in immediate disqualification.
2. Good Standing - Organizations must operate ethically, be legitimate animal-related organizations, and remain in good standing within the community.
Mafia Mutts reserves the right to remove any organization not aligned with its mission.
3. Sportsmanship & Conduct - Participants must maintain a positive and respectful attitude, avoid negativity, and support fellow organizations.
No harassment, drama, or unprofessional behavior will be tolerated.
4. Participation Expectations - Organizations agree to actively participate in promotions, share content, and engage their audience.
5. Communication - Participants must provide accurate information, respond in a timely manner, and submit requested materials such as logos and photos.
6. Final Decisions - All decisions made by Mafia Mutts are final. Mafia Mutts reserves the right to adjust details or remove participants if necessary.

By submitting an entry to the Mafia Mutts 2026 Draft, entrants agree to the following terms:
By submitting or mailing any photo, image, artwork, or information (collectively, “Content”) to Mafia Mutts & Co. LLC, you grant Mafia Mutts & Co. LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, modify, and create derivative works from the Content for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotional materials, social media, print, digital media, and future contests or campaigns.
Submission of Content—whether through the Mafia Mutts website, social media platforms, email, or physical mail—constitutes your full agreement to these terms. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the Content submitted and that its use will not infringe on the rights of any third party.
Mafia Mutts & Co. LLC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged submissions. Participation in the draft confirms your acceptance of these conditions.
